Jay and Bey Can’t have it all: Jay-Z and Beyonce Lose Blue Ivy Trademark Fight

As parents, Jay-Z and Beyoncé want more than anything to protect their child…and future business interests related to their child. The Carters had been looking to do the latter by trademarking of their daughter, Blue Ivy, but lost that battle in court recently.

 

 

Beyoncé allegedly was interested in trademarking the name for use on a line of baby clothes, but it was already taken by a woman in Boston whohad been running the Blue Ivy Events company since 2009.

 

I was just thinking and i'm throwing my thought out to you, who do you think benefits more from this union, Beyoncé or Jay-Z, your opinion is needed, comment on this, i really want to know your opinion.
