While presenting an award at the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards over the weekend, Kim Kardashian just barely missed falling flat on her face on stage when her Louboutin got a bit caught up in her long dress.
Fortunately (or unfortunately) she managed to keep herself composed and didn’t make a total fool of herself!
